Job Responsibilities
- Ensure to maintain and provide the maximum plant availability.
- Daily inspection of plant equipment & accessories as per define checklist /procedure by site supervisor.
- Provide daily, weekly and monthly update with the shutdown summary to site supervisor.
- Comply with QA / HSE policies, procedures and rules, including site specific.
- Ensure to perform Risk assessment for preventive maintenance for any hazards during the work.
- To follow start /stop procedure of all equipment as per OEM recommendation & guidelines.
- Able to write a shift report, describing & maintaining all the activities being perform in each shift.
- To identify & address the abnormal parameter or event to site supervisor & coordinate to fix the issue with team efforts.
- Actively participate in troubleshooting, repair and any activity which is required to resolve the site issue.
- Maintain shift reports, inventory records, and provide regular updates on plant performance to the supervisor.
- Liaise with Site Supervisor provide the site update.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in O&M within the Gas Compression or Power Generation industry.
- Strong knowledge of Waukesha engines and Ariel compressors (Certification highly preferred).
- Proficient in technical report writing and MS Office (Word/Excel).
- Familiarity with international industry standards and certifications.
