Job Responsibilities

  • Perform daily inspections, start/stop procedures (OEM guidelines), and monitor electrical/instrumentation equipment.
  • Execute routine troubleshooting and preventive maintenance for Waukesha engines and Ariel compressors.
  • Lead risk assessments, participate in daily Toolbox Talks (TBT), and strictly follow QA/HSE site protocols.
  • Prepare detailed shift logs, shutdown summaries, and monthly reports using MS Office.
  • Assist with commissioning, start-ups, and inventory tracking to ensure seamless site operations.
  • Ensure to maintain and record site inventory consumption and provide the details to supervisor.
  • To identify & address the abnormal parameter or event to site supervisor & coordinate to fix the issue with team efforts.
  • Actively participate in troubleshooting, repair and any activity which is required to resolve the site issue.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in Operation & Maintenance within the Gas Compression or Power Generation industry.
  • Extensive knowledge of Ariel Compressors and Waukesha Engines.
  • Experience and certified from Waukesha and Ariel is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, ability to read technical schematics, and familiarity with PLC/SCADA systems.
  • Strong understanding of international industry standards and certification.
