🚨 We're Hiring | Mechanical Lead (Nuclear) – Barakah Nuclear Power Plant
The enterprise is looking for an experienced Mechanical Lead to support maintenance and outage activities at the Barakah Nuclear Power Plant.
✔ 7-10+ years of mechanical maintenance experience in Nuclear Power Plants
✔ Leadership or supervisory experience
✔ Strong expertise with valves, actuators, pumps, compressors and piping systems
✔ Experience in outage/shutdown execution and maintenance planning
✔ Strong troubleshooting and technical decision-making skills
✔ Excellent safety culture and understanding of nuclear standards
Key responsibilities include
- Leading mechanical maintenance teams
- Planning and executing outage work packages
- Coordinating with Operations, Engineering and Radiation Protection teams
- Providing technical guidance and mentoring
- Supporting preventive and corrective maintenance activities
- Ensuring quality, safety and schedule adherence
