Mechanical Supervisor (Oil & Gas)

Candidates with a Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering with more than 8 years of experience in Oil & Gas Projects.

Candidates with experience in develop and seek approval for inspection and maintained schedule ensuring alignment to the annual maintenance plan and control the implementation of schedule as per set time lines, HSE & Quality Standards , support the development of the annual maintenance of all mechanical equipment and facilities with offshore, communicate the approved operational procedure and instructions to subordinate and monitor the adherence and controller manner

Identify the training needs and establish the job target for all the jobs in mechanical section under direct supervision and implement the approval workflow, provide effective leadership to building mechanical team individual object and evaluate the employee for training program to enhance the skills , plan daily work orders with the assistant head offshore and analyse priority of the maintenance activity , monitor daily maintenance check ensure prompt response to emergency callouts

coordinate with the department to mechanical requirement , closely associate with corrosions ad monitoring and protect program while supervising inspections

Analyse equipment threats and hazards and ensure implementation of standard operating procedure in order to maintain the integrity of all equipment .
