Overview
Manage mechanical maintenance for equipment and systems at Barakah Nuclear Power Plant (BNPP), ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and oversee mechanical maintenance per Conduct of Maintenance (CoM) standards.
- Develop, review, and update maintenance procedures, programs, and work instructions.
- Support troubleshooting, testing, and improvement initiatives to optimize plant performance.
- Manage contractors and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Support outages, emergency response, audits, and inspections (QA, FANR, WANO, INPO, IAEA).
- Maintain PM Program and Operations Management System (OMS) data.
- Promote continuous improvement, safety, and adherence to corporate standards.
Qualifications
- Diploma or equivalent.
- 7+ years relevant experience (including power plant and nuclear experience).
- Strong mechanical, supervisory, and nuclear maintenance knowledge.
- Familiarity with nuclear plant design, license requirements, and regulatory compliance.
