Requirements
- 9+ years of experience in Mechanical Engineering , with a proven track record of delivering innovative, high-quality designs
- Deep expertise in engineering design principles , including large-scale production, sheet metal, injection molding, electrical interconnects, heat extraction, and vibration control
- Advanced proficiency in 3D CAD systems (CREO preferred), with the ability to create concept models, analyze production designs, and clearly communicate technical ideas
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills , capable of interpreting mechanical simulations, evaluating design trade-offs, and ensuring optimal cost, performance, and quality
- Collaborative mindset with experience driving design concepts forward , partnering effectively with internal teams and external development partners while thriving in both independent and team settings
- Typically requires 12+ years of related experience in a professional role with a Bachelor’s degree; or 8+ years with a Master’s degree; or 5+ years with a PhD; or equivalent experience
- Hands-on experience in the design and analysis of electronics enclosures , with PC, server, or similar product experience considered a strong plus. | Practical experience in machine shop operations and prototype building , demonstrating ability to translate concepts into functional models
