Responsibilities
- Perform mechanical maintenance and assemble automation systems in manufacturing environments.
- Maintain mechanical, electronic, and pneumatic systems through inspections, cleaning, and lubrication.
- Create machine safety concepts and machine data concepts.
- Design and optimize automation solutions for production plants using PLCs, robotics, image processing, drive, testing, and safety technologies.
- Program and commission PLC controllers, safety controllers, and HMI systems.
- Design, assemble, and wire machines and production plants.
- Integrate robotic systems and automated components into existing production processes.
- Conduct functional and performance tests, troubleshoot systems, and optimize control programs.
- Prepare technical documentation, operating instructions, and training materials.
- Support modernization and expansion projects and train new employees on automation technologies.
- Introduce Industry 4.0 technologies such as 3D printing, AMR, predictive maintenance, and simulation.
Requirements
- Experience or capability in mechanical maintenance and assembly of automation systems in manufacturing environments.
- Ability to work with mechanical, electronic, and pneumatic systems.
- Ability to program and commission PLC controllers, safety controllers, and HMI systems.
- Ability to design, assemble, and wire machines and production plants.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize automation control programs.
- Ability to prepare technical documentation, operating instructions, and training materials.
