Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day hard and soft facilities management operations across assigned assets.
- Ensure delivery of MEP, civil, electrical, plumbing, cleaning, waste management, and specialised facilities management services.
- Conduct regular site inspections and monitor asset condition, performance, and service quality.
- Manage relationships with facilities management providers, contractors, suppliers, and vendors.
- Monitor contractor performance against agreed SLAs, KPIs, and contractual requirements.
- Identify opportunities to improve service quality, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Support implementation of facilities management best practices and sustainable solutions.
- Monitor utilities consumption and contribute to energy-efficiency and sustainability initiatives.
- Identify recurring operational issues and implement corrective and preventive measures.
