  • Review WPS, PQR, and WQR documents; witness or evaluate VT, PT, MT, RTFI, and UT activities.
  • Attend Pre-Inspection Meetings with clients, EPC contractors, and manufacturers to align on the Inspection and Test Plan.
  • Issue NCRs and Deficiency Notices, track corrective actions through verified resolution, and review data reports and dossiers before IRC issuance.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with 5+ years of TPI/QC experience, or a Mechanical Engineering diploma with 5–6 years of experience.

  • In-depth knowledge of SAES/SAMSS/SA-175, API 6D, API 598, ASME B16.34, ASME Section VIII, and ASME B31.3 is required.
  • Additional QM-03, QM-05, QM-11, QM-12, QM-30, QM-35, QM-36, or QM-37 approvals are highly preferred.
  • API 510, API 570, API 598/6D awareness, and API SIFE certifications are strongly advantageous.

Core competencies and communication

  • Core competencies include Vendor Inspection Division procedures, PIM coordination, material testing (PMI/hardness), pressure-test witnessing, NCR resolution, and IRC release documentation.
  • Strong professional English reporting and technical communication skills are required.
