Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum
- 8+ years of experience
- as a Mechanical / QAQC Inspector
- Strong
- site inspection experience
- in construction projects
- Experience in
(Mandatory)
- Should have good exposure in consulting companies
- Experience in at least 2 systems:
HVAC, Plumbing, Firefighting
- Ability to
- read drawings and check work on-site
- Knowledge of
- international standards
- (ASHRAE, NFPA, etc.)
- Must have worked on
- active construction sites
Preferred (Good To Have)
- Experience working with
- reputed consulting companies (highly preferred)
- Candidates from
- top consulting firms will be prioritized
- Experience in
- consultant or PMC roles
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct
- daily site inspections
- of mechanical works
- Verify work as per
- drawings and specifications
- Review and approve
- inspection requests and materials
- Raise and close
- quality issues (NCRs)
- Coordinate with contractors and engineers on-site
- Maintain
- inspection reports and well equipped in handling sites
- Maintain clear and accurate
- inspection
