- Conduct site visits to assess the feasibility of proposed designs and identify potential challenges.
- Oversee the work of junior architects and provide guidance and feedback.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Review and approve architectural drawings and specifications.
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to coordinate project timelines and deliverables.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in architectural design and construction technology.
- Manage project budgets and timelines to ensure successful completion.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide project updates and address any concerns.
