Qualifications
- Your Capabilities and Credentials
- Proficient in drafting with basic understanding of Revit or other drafting software, and the use of it as a drafting/design tool.
- Ability to participate and collaborate in a multi-disciplinary project team setting.
- Ability to take direction, follow process, and accept feedback and suggestions from senior engineers.
- Requires understanding of Microsoft Office Suite. Prefer experience with Revit.
- Strong motivation to learn.
- Currently enrolled in a mechanical engineering or equivalent post-secondary program with the availability for a full-time summer internship is required.
- Preference for candidates who have completed foundational coursework, such as Thermodynamics and Statics/Dynamics, and have drafting experience.
- Typical office environment working with computers and remaining sedentary for extended periods of time. Field work may include exposure to the elements including inclement weather.
