Overview
- Coordinate day-to-day mechanical site execution activities for data center projects
- Supervise installation of HVAC systems, chilled water piping, ducting, and ventilation works
- Monitor installation of CRAH, CRAC, FAHU, AHU, and ventilation equipment
- Ensure mechanical works are executed as per approved shop drawings and specifications
- Review IFC drawings, coordination drawings, and technical submittals before execution
- Coordinate with electrical, ELV, civil, and architectural teams for interface management
- Plan and monitor manpower deployment and daily site activities
- Ensure compliance with project schedules and target milestones
- Conduct site inspections and monitor workmanship quality standards
- Coordinate material inspections, delivery schedules, and storage requirements
- Prepare daily progress reports and weekly execution updates
- Raise RFIs and technical clarifications related to site execution issues
- Ensure proper installation methodology and sequence of mechanical systems
- Monitor testing, flushing, pressure testing, and commissioning preparation activities
- Coordinate with QA/QC team for inspections and documentation requirements
- Ensure compliance with HSE standards and safe work practices on site
- Attend coordination meetings with consultants, contractors, and client representatives
- Verify installed quantities and support preparation of progress billing records
- Identify site constraints and proactively resolve execution-related issues
- Support project close-out activities including as-built drawings and final documentation
