- HVAC system operation and maintenance, troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing faults in HVAC systems.
- Maintenance of plumbing and water supply systems, including design and upgrading of systems.
- Fire protection system inspection, testing, troubleshooting, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
- Energy management and sustainability initiatives, including BMS monitoring.
- Asset management, inventory of mechanical equipment, ensuring timely maintenance, and developing preventive maintenance plans.
- Building automation control.
- Emergency and backup system handling.
- Waste management system handling.
- Air quality management system monitoring.
- Documentation, reporting, and budgeting.
Key Competencies Required
- Strong knowledge in MEP and facility maintenance.
- HVAC troubleshooting and maintenance expertise.
- Knowledge of BMS and automation systems.
- Preventive maintenance planning.
- Fire and safety compliance awareness.
