Overview
- Plan and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities for Firefighting and ACMV systems.
- Conduct routine inspections and identify faults or performance issues.
- Troubleshoot and rectify mechanical and control system problems.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and service teams for maintenance activities.
- Ensure all systems comply with QCDD/QCD, NFPA, and ASHRAE standards.
- Prepare maintenance reports, service reports, inspection checklists, and documentation.
- Monitor spare parts, consumables, and maintenance material requirements.
- Attend emergency breakdown calls and provide technical support.
- Coordinate testing and periodic inspection activities with relevant authorities and clients.
- Ensure all safety procedures and permit-to-work requirements are followed.
- Maintain records of maintenance schedules, testing certificates, and asset history.
- Support business development and coordinate with customers.
- Support Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) and other service-related activities.
