Job Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of design concepts; refine via analytical tools and prototyping; plan and execute validation activities; support pilot build events; launch product into full production. Ability to manage deliverables across multiple projects, providing guidance on the application of specific tools and/or processes. Work in a collaborative small-team environment to explore and evaluate advanced vehicle technologies. Provide guidance and coaching to young engineers. Maintain DFMEA and DVP tasks and deliverables. Collaborate with multiple suppliers to aid successful integration and validation of electric powertrain components into PACCAR trucks Leverage internal product development processes and Six Sigma skills to ensure high-quality results, manage progress and report updates. Manage supplier activities related to design and manufacture of components. Work closely with multiple PACCAR divisions. Manage multiple priorities and goals simultaneously. Support pilot builds at PACCAR truck factories. Travel up to 15% may be required.

Required Qualifications
