SKILLS

  • REQUIRED: Strong technical accounting and analytical skills. Exceptional interpersonal, communication and organizational skills, with strong attention to detail. Ability to influence and work with employees at all levels of the organization. Position requires frequent coordination and negotiation with numerous groups from within and outside the company ranging from staff to vice president levels. Ability to work extended hours in office during the financial reporting quarterly and year-end process. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. CPA Certification. Minimum 8+ years relevant work experience. Strong working knowledge of SEC rules and regulations. Strong PC skills. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE DESIRED: MBA/MS preferred. Big 4 public accounting experience and/or external reporting experience in a publicly traded company highly preferred. SAP or other top tier consolidation software experience preferred.
