Role overview

MEP systems and site operations

• Attend major breakdowns and troubleshoot MEP systems, including chillers, cooling towers, pumps, BMS, CCU, EMS, AHU, FAHU, FCU, firefighting systems, and chilled-water networks.
• Operate and maintain BMS systems and monitor chilled-water flow when required.
• Plan, schedule, and review daily MEP operations and maintenance to support optimal building-system performance.
• Deliver site services in line with service-level agreements and key performance indicators.
• Coordinate MEP maintenance and installation, including inspections of electrical installations and related equipment.

Coordination, reporting, and team oversight

• Supervise site activities, contract correspondence, and subcontractor work against preventive-maintenance schedules.
• Prepare maintenance schedules and operational, incident, accident, and technical reports; maintain site documents.
• Provide technical support to project teams and ensure correct components and procedures are followed for quality control.
• Manage daily team activities, manpower, resources, staff performance, and training needs.
• Prepare quotations and estimates with technicians; coordinate client meetings and follow up on approvals.
• Inspect work quality and completion schedules, and oversee equipment installation, maintenance, and repair.
• Track work orders, materials, and actual completion time in SAP; manage inventory and material deliveries.

Experience and knowledge

• At least five years of experience with chilled-water pipe.
• Sound knowledge of MEP installation, maintenance, and related civil works.
• Health and safety policies and practices are essential for the role.

Schedule requirements

• Flexibility to work shifts and provide 24/7 standby availability and emergency callouts as required.
