Mechanical Design Engineer specializing in piping, building systems, and temporary building design.
Experience and education
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- 10–15 years of experience in permanent building design and at least 5 years in temporary building design.
- Thorough knowledge of piping and fire-fighting systems across diverse building types.
Required technical expertise
- Pump head calculations and fire-fighting hydraulic calculations.
- Pipe sizing and equipment selection.
- Temporary building mechanical system design.
- BIM/Revit and AutoCAD proficiency.
- Knowledge of UAE authority submission procedures.
Pay
- AED 13,000–18,000 per month.
Work location
- Work location is in person.
Responsibilities
- Design mechanical systems for temporary buildings.
- Perform pump head calculations and hydraulic calculations for fire-fighting systems.
- Size piping and select equipment for building systems.
