Meal Plan CDP- Hot Section

Responsibilities-

• Perform all food-related activities in the kitchen, including food preparation, cooking, and packaging.
• Follow recipes exactly as described by in-house system including ingredients and quantities of each ingredient.
• Leverage strong understanding of global cuisines to be able to prepare dishes across different cuisines and dish types.
• Coordinate with delivery aggregators and food suppliers to ensure efficient operations.
• Assist with ingredient inventory, labelling, and inform on food and non-food supply levels for restocking purposes.
• Check freshness of food and discard out-of-date items.
• Ensuring that all food is of excellent quality and prepared in a timely manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in accordance with Dubai Food Code regulations.

Requirements-

• 3 – 6 years of working experience as a chef.
• Must have prior experience with meal plan companies
• In-depth knowledge of Dubai Food Code regulations.
• Strong understanding of global cuisines, especially healthy food, to cook up dishes across many different cuisines and dish types.
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a dynamic team.
• Passion for learning our systems and adhering to our business model.
