About This Role
Responsibilities-
- Perform all food-related activities in the kitchen, including food preparation, cooking, and packaging.
- Follow recipes exactly as described by in-house system including ingredients and quantities of each ingredient.
- Leverage strong understanding of global cuisines to be able to prepare dishes across different cuisines and dish types.
- Coordinate with delivery aggregators and food suppliers to ensure efficient operations.
- Assist with ingredient inventory, labelling, and inform on food and non-food supply levels for restocking purposes.
- Check freshness of food and discard out-of-date items.
- Ensuring that all food is of excellent quality and prepared in a timely manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in accordance with Dubai Food Code regulations.
Requirements-
- 3 – 6 years of working experience as a chef.
- Must have prior experience with meal plan companies
- In-depth knowledge of Dubai Food Code regulations.
- Strong understanding of global cuisines, especially healthy food, to cook up dishes across many different cuisines and dish types.
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a dynamic team.
- Passion for learning our systems and adhering to our business model.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
