Role Overview
We’re hiring a MEA Regional Business Development Director to lead commercial growth across the Middle East and Africa.
This is a senior regional leadership role with clear revenue accountability, operating at the intersection of enterprise partnerships, commercial strategy and growth.
You’ll own regional business development strategy and performance, driving new and expanded partnerships with high-value enterprise clients.
Based in Dubai, you’ll act as the senior commercial lead in-market, combining strategic direction with a strong personal contribution to deal delivery and relationship building.
Your accountability is anchored in revenue growth, market expansion and the creation of sustainable, long-term partnerships across the region.

What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience driving business development and revenue growth with enterprise or global clients
- Strong commercial capability, including deal structuring, negotiations and long-term partnership development
- Experience operating across multiple regions; MEA experience is highly advantageous
- Demonstrated accountability for regional or portfolio-level revenue performance
- Strong leadership skills, with experience building, mentoring or scaling commercial teams
- Confidence influencing senior decision-makers, including VP and C-suite stakeholders
- Comfortable working in a hybrid environment and spending significant time meeting clients in person
- Strategic, insight-led approach combined with the ability to execute in complex environments
