Requirements:
- Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Business Administration, International Business or similar field
- Master’s degree in Business Management such as MBA (preferred, not mandatory)
- 1 -3 years of experience in customer-facing roles (preferred, not mandatory)
Skills
- Display excellent interpersonal skills, both written and oral, with exceptional follow-up and follow-through abilities
- Demonstrate excellent stakeholder engagement skills and fluency in English
- Collaborate effectively, demonstrating partnership and influencing skills with flexibility and adaptability
- Identify critical requirements and potential gaps by understanding complex and interdependent processes
- Experience working cross-culturally and in a Global environment
- Meticulous attention to detail, strong prioritization and time management skills required
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite like Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
