Due to the continued success of our GEMS Founders School, Al Mizhar, we are looking to recruit a Maths Teacher to join our team in August 2026.The Maths Teacher position is specifically for A Level classes.

We are British Schools Overseas (BSO) accredited gaining Outstanding judgements in all standards, allowing us to offer the NQT, QTS and iPGCE programmes to our teachers through the TES Institute.

Skills
- Successful candidates will need to:
- Embody and role model our core values of Grow, Flourish and Mindfulness
- Hold a BEd or Bachelors degree with PGCE / PGDE or equivalent
- Have proven experience of teaching Maths to A level classes
- Have the ability to share exemplary teaching practices.
- A creative and enthusiastic approach, both inside and outside the classroom.
- Possess excellent interpersonal skills to work closely with colleagues, students and parents
- Have a proven track record of providing outstanding learning & teaching
- Have aspiration to work in a world-class school with real prospects for enhancing their career
- Be willing to make a positive contribution to our school community and culture through active engagement in our extra-curricular programme and community-based events.
