Olympiad Faculty in the Competitive Exams Wing, reporting to the Head of Academics or Center Head.
Train students in Grades 6–10 for national and international examinations such as RMO, INMO, IMO, NSEP, NSEC, NSEB, and NTSE.
Teaching and mentorship
- Deliver advanced lectures beyond standard school curricula, focusing on deep conceptual understanding and higher-order thinking.
- Teach specialized Mathematics Olympiad topics including Number Theory, Combinatorics, Advanced Geometry, and Algebra.
- Provide personalized mentorship to high-potential students preparing for competitive examinations.
Curriculum and assessment
- Design and update Olympiad study materials, assignments, and daily practice problems.
- Create mock tests simulating actual examination patterns and difficulty.
- Develop shortcuts and alternative problem-solving methods for timed exams.
- Run doubt-clearing sessions; analyze test performance, identify learning gaps, and plan targeted remedial interventions.
Student and parent support
- Keep parents informed of student progress and provide strategic counseling to support student confidence.
Qualifications and experience
- B.Tech/M.Tech from a premier institute such as IIT or NIT, M.Sc., or Ph.D. in the relevant subject domain.
- 3–5+ years of dedicated experience teaching advanced Olympiad batches or advanced tiers of JEE/NEET.
- Deep conceptual clarity and advanced problem-solving skills.
- RMO/INMO qualification, JEE Advanced top rank, or national-level Olympiad medal is strongly preferred.
Compensation
- Pay is ₹40,000–₹50,000 per month.
