QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with a high degree of accuracy under pressure
  • Problem solving skills.
  • Operate in multiple ERP and Electronic Order Entry systems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel and outlook)
  • Strong organizational skills, excellent follow-through, and ability to multi-task
  • Team player able to work well in a group in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Understand and convey technical instructions to internal and external customers.
  • Should also possess the following competencies: Good understanding and/or experience with the customer service process.   • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, and other employees of the organization.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
