Kent sucht einen Materials Expeditor für das Procurement-Team in Khurais, Saudi-Arabien.
Dies ist eine zentrale Gelegenheit, ein neues und wachsendes Team mitzugestalten, die technische Kompetenz zu stärken und Kents Präsenz und Reputation in der Branche zu verbessern.
Details / Responsibilities
- Reviewing delivery schedules
- Ensuring delivery of contracted goods and contracted documentation
- Ensuring for delivery of goods are organized
- Tracking status of dispatched goods and goods not received
- Preparation and maintenance of delivery status reports
- Assisting the Contract Manager in the resolution of contract disputes
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Materials Management end expediting
- Understanding of procurement best practices, strategies and P2P process
- Experience working with suppliers and handling procurement documentation
- Ability to handle logistic required as required
- Understanding of the documentation requirements for the materials being delivered.
