Overview
- Receive and inspect project materials against Material Take-Off (MTO) and approved specifications
- Manage warehouse operations, inventory control, and stock accuracy
- Ensure proper material preservation, storage conditions, and compliance with vendor requirements
- Issue materials to construction/work crews based on approved material requisitions
- Monitor and track material consumption and report shortages or discrepancies
- Coordinate with procurement team for material expediting and delivery follow-up
- Maintain complete material traceability and documentation records
- Manage free-issue materials from BH / SASREF or client warehouses
- Ensure compliance with hazardous material storage and handling procedures
- Coordinate material disposal, surplus handling, and scrap management activities
