Materials Associate

Move materials between designated storage and production areas

Deliver raw materials, packaging, and supplies to assigned locations

Assist with the physical staging of work orders or components

Complete basic labeling, wrapping, or sorting tasks

Maintain clear and organized material staging zones

Follow FIFO (First-In, First-Out) and material rotation practices

Assist with waste removal and organization of empty containers

Support team with receiving and shipping functions as assigned

Operate forklifts and pallet jacks in a safe and efficient manner

Other duties as assigned

Basic understanding of warehouse operations

Ability to follow verbal and written instructions

Willingness to learn ERP and barcode scanning systems

Comfortable working in fast-paced and physically demanding environments

Team-oriented with a strong work ethic

Forklift certification required or willingness to obtain

Frequent lifting, bending, walking, and standing

Must be able to work in cold storage environments (average 40°F, occasionally -4°F)

Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned
