Requirements

  • Ability to work in environments subject to fluctuations in heat, humidity, fumes, odors, dust, and noise
  • Ability to accurately enter data into computers without transposing figures
  • Ability to read and follow procedures and technical manuals
  • Ability to think ahead and plan work in a fast‐paced setting
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds
  • Good math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, accurate number identification)
  • Ability to work 12‐hour rotating shifts
  • Ability to quickly coordinate hand motions with overhead crane operation
  • Comfortable working in high places
  • Successful completion of an ergonomic test
  • Preferred
  • Experience operating a remote‐controlled crane in a fast‐paced environment
  • 2–5 years industrial experience
  • Experience in a position requiring planning out work
