Material Handler - Mix & Melt

Quality Requirements-

• Transport pallet loads of ware and material to designated areas throughout the facility without damage. Maintain quality awareness. Maintain accurate reporting.
• Transport all materials, products, equipment, waste, etc., throughout the facility formers.
• Use proper and instructed driving techniques to maintain pallet load integrity.
• Maintain accurate quantity and location records.
• Fill out reports daily on equipment status and condition, recognize equipment problems.
• Perform safety and operating checks on equipment being used.
• Empty glass cullet hoppers and dirt hoppers.
• Close and open glass cullet chutes.
• Clean basement and rake hoppers.
• Maintain quality housekeeping and good safety practices in the work area.
• Do other work as assigned by supervision.
