We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced MASTER PAINTER to join our automotive team in the UAE.
This position is ONLY for professionals with strong experience in automotive paint mixing and color matching.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality automotive painting and refinishing
- Expertly handle paint mixing and accurate color matching
- Prepare surfaces, sanding, masking, and finishing work professionally
- Ensure paint quality, smooth finishing, and factory-level standards
- Work with different paint systems and materials
- Identify color variations and create perfect custom mixes
- Maintain paint booth cleanliness and proper tool handling
- Coordinate with supervisors and polishing/detailing teams
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as an automotive painter
- MUST be highly experienced in paint mixing and color matching
- Strong knowledge of paint codes, tinting, blending, and refinishing techniques
- Ability to handle complete paint jobs independently
- Attention to detail and high-quality finishing skills
- Experience in luxury & premium vehicles is a plus
- UAE/GCC experience preferred
