Our focus is on delivering exceptional hair and makeup experiences using advanced techniques and top-tier products in a refined and professional environment.
Position Overview
We are looking for a talented and experienced Master Hairstylist & Makeup Artist to join our luxury salon team.
The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in advanced hairstyling and professional makeup, with experience handling VIP clients and delivering high-quality results consistently.
Key Responsibilities
Provide expert hairstyling services including cutting, coloring, balayage, treatments, and styling
Perform professional makeup applications (bridal, events, glam, HD makeup)
Conduct client consultations and recommend suitable styles and treatments
Upsell salon services and retail products to meet sales targets
Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and presentation
Deliver excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships
Stay updated with the latest beauty trends and techniques
Requirements
Proven experience in a luxury or high-end salon
Strong skills in advanced hair techniques (balayage, keratin, hair botox, extensions)
Professional makeup artistry experience with a portfolio
Good communication and consultation skills
Ability to handle VIP and high-demand clients
Well-groomed and professional appearance
Certification is an advantage but not mandatory
Willing to relocate to QATAR
Salary & Benefits
Salary: $2000+

5% commission upon achieving 5x salary target
