Responsibilities
- Apply finishes, primers, and sealers to buildings, rooms, and other structures.
- Prepare, clean, and tape jobsites; remove old paint coatings when necessary.
- Mix colours or oils to achieve the desired colour or consistency.
- Move materials around the jobsite and clean up debris.
- Prepare surfaces before beginning work and clean and polish them with hand or power tools.
- Fabricate, maintain, alter, and repair walls, sidewalks, street curbs, floors, sink counters, bathroom showers, and related surfaces.
- Estimate materials and labour and fill expansion joints with appropriate caulking materials.
- Lay out patterns, forms, or foundations according to plans.
Requirements
- At least 5–6 years of relevant experience in the GCC.
Facilities and benefits
- Company-provided accommodation, transportation, health insurance, and residence visa.
- Salary is AED 1,500–1,900 per month with overtime.
