Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in MarTech, Marketing Operations, Growth Engineering, or a related field, including at least 2 years of ownership and management of a marketing technology stack.
  • Hands-on experience with headless CMS platforms, enterprise marketing and analytics tools such as HubSpot (or equivalent CRM), GA4, server-side tagging, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar solutions, as well as strong technical expertise in modern web technologies, including 4-5+ years of front-end development experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js, Angular, or comparable frameworks.
  • Proven ability to evaluate, implement, optimize, and rationalize technology solutions, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and buy-versus-build decision-making.
  • Strong project delivery, documentation, and stakeholder management skills, with experience defining scope, technical requirements, milestones, and ownership across cross-functional teams.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing compliance, including consent management, data governance, and regulatory requirements. Experience in regulated industries such as fintech, trading, gambling, or insurance is a strong advantage.
  • Practical experience leveraging AI tools in marketing to drive measurable business outcomes, with the ability to collaborate effectively across Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Data teams in a remote-first environment.
