Marking - 1st & 2nd Shift Avaialable

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Understands engineering drawings, factory orders, and routers to determine marking requirements
• Use the appropriate marking method (Electro-Etch, Laser, Vibro-Peen, Dot-Peen, Ink) to clearly and correctly identify materials, test pieces, and other assemblies as required
• Barcode scan or manually enter identification requirements in the computer
• Manually transfer ink marking onto part surfaces
• Pre-form aluminum tags before assembly
• Apply aluminum tags into place
• Assemble stainless tags onto hoses and tubes
• Assemble shrink sleeve over marking as required and set in place
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear.
• The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus.

• Education, Certifications, Licenses, & Registrations: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
