STS Aerospace in Laconia, New Hampshire, is seeking a Value Stream (Production) Analyst.

The role plans and executes efficient production flow for goods, data, and information.

The analyst develops scheduling and staffing models to optimize labor, production volume, capacity, and efficiency.

Essential duties

  • Create capacity-feasible production schedules for efficient operations.
  • Plan resource use with functional departments and forecast long-term capacity needs.
  • Propose staffing based on customer needs, upcoming work, and historical data.
  • Flag operational issues and recommend ways to minimize production impact.
  • Assess customer and operational strategies and recommend improvements.
  • Develop and communicate operational dashboards, reports, inventory, and capacity analysis.
  • Provide concise daily stand-up information and gather material for management and customer meetings.
  • Partner with departments, suppliers, and customers; participate in professional development.
  • Maintain regular, predictable, and punctual attendance; perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Experience applying strong analytical skills and quickly learning systems and processes to process, manipulate, and analyze data.
  • High proficiency in Excel and strong data organization, validation, and analysis skills.
  • Ability to identify trends and opportunities and translate data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Experience guiding others through data, explaining drivers and implications, and recommending actions.
