Responsibilities
- Identify growth opportunities, customer segments, threats, and competitive positioning
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to support campaign planning and execution
- Conduct Market Assessment initiatives including market sizing, PESTEL, SWOT
- Support product demonstrations at workshops, events, and promotional activities
- Prepare and maintain customer facing commercial proposal packages
- Coordinate with distributors and partners to support commercial initiatives
- Manage and update social media platforms and monitor digital marketing performance
- Support planning and execution of promotional events, workshops, and speaking engagements
- Analyze marketing data using statistical tools and techniques
- Conduct marketing activities for tender management: creating awareness and positioning products
- Assist in preparation and review of tender documentation
- Maintain tender management tool for business analysis and competitor monitoring
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, or related field
- 2 4 years multinational organization experience in marketing, ideally healthcare/medical devices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications
- Fair knowledge of local business practices and legal processes
- Fluency in spoken and written English and Arabic
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Excel, Google Analytics, Tableau, or Power BI
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Overview
- Cardinal Health is a healthcare services company that improves cost effectiveness of healthcare. We are looking to recruit a Marketing & Tenders Specialist based in Dubai or Riyadh, reporting to the General Manager of the Middle East Region.
Essential Functions And Responsibilities
- Identify growth opportunities, customer segments, threats, and competitive positioning.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to support campaign planning and execution.
- Conduct Market Assessment initiatives including market sizing (TAM/SAM/SOM), PESTEL, SWOT.
- Support Product Demonstrations: participate in workshops, events, and promotional activities.
- Prepare and maintain customer facing commercial proposal packages.
- Coordinate with distributors and partners to support commercial initiatives.
- Manage and update social media platforms while monitoring digital marketing performance.
- Marketing Events & Activation Planning: support planning and execution of promotional events.
- Analyze marketing data using statistical tools and techniques.
- Tender Management: conduct marketing activities, assist in preparation/review of tender documentation, maintain tender management tool.
Qualifications And Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of multinational organization (healthcare industry, ideally medical devices sector) experience in marketing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fair knowledge of local business practices and legal processes.
- Demonstrated ability to perform independently with minimal supervision.
- Fluency in spoken and written English and Arabic.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Excel, Google Analytics, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
