Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Marketing Supervisor to lead and oversee the execution of marketing activities within a dynamic real estate environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising marketing campaigns, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, monitoring performance, and supporting the achievement of sales and business growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day marketing activities and campaigns.
- Monitor the performance of digital marketing campaigns and ensure marketing objectives are achieved.
- Work closely with the sales team to support lead generation and conversion goals.
- Coordinate with designers, content creators, and external agencies to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.
- Oversee social media activities and ensure brand consistency across all channels.
- Track and analyze marketing performance metrics and prepare periodic reports.
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing plans and promotional campaigns.
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure efficient utilization of resources.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
- Support the launch of new projects, campaigns, and promotional initiatives.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Experience in the real estate sector is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and lead generation strategies.
- Experience working with marketing analytics and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital marketing platforms.
