Marketing Specialist (Communication)

Qualifications

• Graduate in Mass Communication
• Experience:
• 3–6 years in B2B marketing content, product marketing, or communications (industrial/technical preferred) Proven experience producing case studies and proof-driven content Strong writing/editing skills; able to translate technical inputs into customer value Experience coordinating translation/localization workflows and QA Comfortable managing agencies and delivering to deadlines across multiple stakeholders
• Skills and competencies
• Content strategy and packaging for campaigns Product messaging, proof point development, and storytelling Detail-oriented QA mindset (claims, terminology, formatting, brand consistency) Strong project management and stakeholder management Data-minded: uses performance insights and feedback to improve content Fluency in English is a must, additional languages are considered a plus
