Marketing Specialist

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic marketing plans aligned with local and corporate priorities.
• Oversee integrated campaigns to build the marketing pipeline and deliver leads to sales.
• Plan and oversee regional marketing budgets.
• Plan, execute, and follow up on events, partner shows, webinars, trainings, and digital programs.
• Research opportunities to increase brand and message exposure among target groups.
• Lead physical and virtual events across the Eastern Gulf.
• Coordinate product launch communications and demonstrations with Product Marketing and Sales.
• Drive the Channel Partner Program and support local partner activities.
• Participate in quarterly reviews and planning meetings with key local distributors.

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role and experience working for an international company.
• Experience in B2B marketing focused on developing a 360-degree marketing plan.
• Experience in project/event management and/or channel marketing; IT or security industry experience is an advantage.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent English required; Arabic is a significant advantage.
• Understanding of regional markets, especially the UAE, and ability to execute territory-specific strategies.
