Marketing & PR Executive (Apex Events)
About This Role
Apex Events delivers event management and hospitality services for corporate and large-scale functions in Qatar.
Core Role
You’ll handle promotion, branding, and media exposure for events (corporate, exhibitions, motorsport, etc.), ensuring strong visibility and audience engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing & Campaigns
Plan and execute event marketing campaigns (online + offline)
Manage social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
Coordinate email marketing, ads, and promotional materials
Track campaign performance (leads, engagement, ROI)
PR & Media Relations
Build relationships with media partners, influencers, and press
Prepare press releases, media kits, and event announcements
Secure media coverage and sponsorship visibility
Coordinate interviews and press conferences
Event Promotion
Promote events to drive attendance and ticket sales
Work closely with event managers and clients
Ensure consistent branding across all event touchpoints
Content & Branding
Create marketing content:
Social media posts
Website content
Brochures, banners, ads
Maintain brand guidelines and messaging
Reporting & Coordination
Monitor KPIs (reach, conversions, attendance)
Prepare marketing reports for management
Coordinate with designers, vendors, and stakeholders
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or similar
1–4 years experience (events/agency preferred)
Skills in:
Digital marketing tools (Meta Ads, Google Analytics)
PR writing and media relations
Content creation (Canva/Adobe is a plus)
Strong communication & multitasking skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From QAR6,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
