Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote media production services.
• Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns (social media, email, SEO, content marketing, PPC).
• Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitors, and target audiences.
• Generate leads through online and offline channels.
• Build relationships with potential clients, including advertising agencies, film studios, and other businesses.
• Prepare and present sales proposals and negotiate contracts.
• Track and analyze marketing and sales performance metrics.
• Coordinate with creative teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing efforts.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in marketing and sales, ideally in the media or entertainment industry.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Proven track record of generating sales leads and meeting sales targets.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Passion for media production and the entertainment industry.
• Knowledge of industry trends and the media landscape.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
