Overview
Soundtribe is a leading provider of sound, lighting, and event technology solutions for private and corporate events in Dubai.
We specialize in delivering seamless experiences with high-end equipment and skilled technicians.
We are now looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive to help us expand our client base, strengthen our brand presence, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and secure new business opportunities in the corporate, private, and entertainment sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with event planners, agencies, hotels, and corporate clients.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Create and manage marketing campaigns across social media, email, and other digital platforms to enhance brand awareness.
- Collaborate with the operations team to prepare proposals, quotations, and customized packages.
- Conduct market research to identify new trends, opportunities, and competitor activity.
- Attend networking events, exhibitions, and client meetings to promote Soundtribe services.
- Monitor and report on campaign effectiveness, sales pipeline, and client feedback.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in events, AV rentals, or hospitality.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to close deals.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media strategies.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and target-driven.
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Valid UAE driving license preferred.

Job Type: Full-time
- Pay: AED5,500.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
- Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
