Overview
Handle Digital Marketing Activities including Search Engine Optimization, Website maintenance.
Conduct email marketing, cold calls, WhatsApp and receive calls.
Act as communication Center for customers and operations team.
Design digital media campaigns aligned with business goals.
Monitoring trends in social media, suggesting and proposing ideas.
Preparing both long and short term engaging content to drive the business growth.
Undertake some of administration works such as work scheduling and coordination.
Maintain CRM, ERP and business support software.
Support in preparing quotations and negotiate pricing with clients.
Achieve monthly sales target and maintain continuous growth across all business operations.
Develop business growth plans for General Maintenance, Cleaning, Pest Control and Real Estate Management Activities.
Will identify, analyse and recommend specific business opportunities for the profitable growth and diversification of FM
in the UAE.
Visit clients for marketing activities, close deals and negotiate prices / Contracts.
Exploring new market opportunities by identifying prospects; researching and analyzing sales options for pest control,br>cleaning and sterilization, real estate & general maintenance services.
Develop and maintain good relationship with clients with a goal to increase revenue for the company which may include
negotiating rates, monthly, quarterly and/or yearly contracts, etc.
