We are a growing online marketplace focused on plants, gardening, agriculture products, and related services—connecting vendors and customers to promote sustainable living in Qatar.
Role Overview
We’re looking for a dynamic freelancer to drive sales, vendor onboarding, marketing campaigns, and procurement to scale our marketplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Onboard and manage vendors (nurseries, suppliers, flower shops)
- Drive sales growth and identify new revenue opportunities
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns (Social Media, Ads, Email)
- Optimize product listings, categories, and customer journey
- Build partnerships with landscaping companies and service providers
- Track performance metrics and improve conversions
Requirements
- 2–4 years in Sales, Marketing, Procurement, or E-commerce
- Marketplace experience (Shopify, Amazon, etc.) is a plus
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools
- Interest in gardening/agriculture is a plus
