La Riviera Real Estate est l'agence immobilière de référence pour les investisseurs francophones à Dubai.
Une vingtaine de collaborateurs, marché en forte croissance, culture du résultat.
La maîtrise du français est obligatoire.
Le poste
Tu reportes directement au CEO.
Large autonomie, vraie capacité d'action — en échange, des résultats mesurables et une posture de propriétaire sur tout le funnel : acquisition, conversion, post-vente.
Tes responsabilités
— Paid & organique : Meta Ads, TikTok, Snapchat, Google Ads, SEO, landing pages — CRM : attribution des leads, automatisations, pipelines, reporting — Séquences e-mail et nurturing par scénario — Site WordPress : listings, SEO, landing pages projets — Supports commerciaux : scripts, fiches projets, argumentaires — Analyse des KPIs (CPL, CAC, ROAS, Closing Rate) et recommandations actionnables
Profil recherché
— 5 ans minimum en paid ads Meta + Google — impératif — Français courant obligatoire · Anglais professionnel — Expérience concrète sur un CRM (PipeDrive, HubSpot ou équivalent) — mise en place et optimisation — Maîtrise des outils d'automatisation (Zapier, Make) et usage de l'IA en contexte pro — Connaissance du marché immobilier dubaïote \= vrai plus
