A. Marketing Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute the company’s annual marketing strategy aligned with revenue targets
  • Plan and manage marketing budgets, ensuring optimal ROI across all campaigns and initiatives
  • Build quarterly marketing calendars tied to key business events (CABSAT, Ramadan, GITEX, Year-End)
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to inform strategy
  • Develop go-to-market strategies for new product launches and brand introductions

B. Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Support

  • Oversee all digital marketing channels: SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing
  • Drive traffic and conversion optimization for the company’s e-commerce platforms (website, Amazon, Noon)
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok) with measurable KPIs and ROAS targets
  • Develop and execute CRM strategies to improve customer retention and lifetime value
  • Monitor and report on website analytics, social media performance, and campaign metrics

C. Brand Management & Communications

  • Maintain and elevate the company’s brand identity, messaging, and visual standards across all touchpoints
  • Manage relationships with partner brands and coordinate co-marketing initiatives
  • Oversee creation of all marketing collateral: catalogs, brochures, datasheets, presentations, and videos
  • Manage public relations, press releases, and media outreach in the UAE and regional markets
  • Position the company as a premium, trusted brand at industry events and trade shows

D. Trade Shows, Events & Activations

  • Plan and manage the company’s presence at major trade shows and exhibitions (CABSAT, GITEX, BroadcastAsia)
  • Organize in-store activations, product demos, and customer engagement events across retail locations
  • Coordinate with sales teams on event-driven lead generation and follow-up campaigns
  • Manage event budgets, logistics, booth design, and post-event ROI analysis

E. Team Leadership & Coordination

  • Lead and mentor the marketing team (Social Media Executive, SEO/Website Executive, E-Commerce/Content Executive)
  • Establish clear KPIs, weekly reporting cadences, and performance review processes for team members
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Operations teams to align marketing with business goals
  • Manage external agencies, freelancers, and vendors (design, photography, video production, media buying)

F. Analytics, Reporting & ROI

  • Build and maintain marketing dashboards tracking campaign performance, lead generation, and ROI
  • Provide weekly and monthly performance reports to GM with actionable insights
  • Track marketing spend vs. revenue contribution across all channels
  • Use data-driven insights to continuously optimize campaigns and resource allocation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
