Grow and develop brands in the assigned segment and markets.
Develop marketing strategy with the marketing team and commercial entity to launch and grow Zimmer Biomet’s portfolio in Saudi Arabia, with an extended CMFT scope across MENA.
Build market knowledge, collaborate across departments, and train, engage, and support local distribution channels.
Responsibilities
- Build visibility into market dynamics and changes.
- Develop portfolio brand positioning and local strategy aligned with global goals.
- Support sustainable segment growth in line with sales plans and prioritize activity for business and customer impact.
- Adapt marketing efforts with commercial teams to deliver an effective strategy.
- Create local launch plans and business cases.
- Coordinate with event planning teams on brand and procedure training and launches.
- Collaborate with regulatory affairs, quality assurance, and logistics on timely product delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Visit distributors, hospitals, and surgeons; deliver product presentations and hands-on workshops where relevant.
- Help distributors improve service excellence in line with company values.
Background and qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, or Science.
- 3–5 years of experience in a multinational sales or marketing environment within the orthopaedic field.
- Fluency in spoken and written English and Arabic.
