Role Description
The Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh, responsible for leading and executing WhiteRock’s marketing strategy across its brands and concepts.
This role oversees the planning and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns, including digital, social, and traditional channels, to build brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and support sales growth.
The Marketing Manager will manage content and creative briefs, coordinate with design, operations, and product teams, and ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
Daily activities include analyzing market trends and customer insights, tracking the performance of marketing initiatives, managing budgets and external agencies, and preparing regular reports for leadership.
The role also involves supporting new product launches, in-store activations, and events, while continuously identifying opportunities to strengthen WhiteRock’s presence in the Riyadh and wider GCC markets.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in marketing management within F&B, retail, or consumer brands, with a track record of planning and executing multi-channel campaigns.
- Strong skills in brand positioning, storytelling, and campaign development, with the ability to translate business goals into clear marketing plans.
- Comfort with digital marketing tools and channels (e.g., social media platforms, performance marketing, email, content marketing, and basic analytics).
- Ability to conduct and interpret market research and consumer insights to inform strategy, positioning, and go-to-market plans.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
- Experience managing agencies, vendors, and cross-functional teams, with solid project management and organizational abilities.
- Strong analytical mindset, including proficiency with marketing KPIs, dashboards, and budget tracking.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; relevant certifications in digital or brand marketing are a plus.
